Care for the whole roofline

The right work starts with the right question.

Roof replacement

An illustration of a roof pulled apart into its layers: shingles on top, then underlayment, then wood decking

More than new shingles.

We check the base, plan the weather protection, and finish the edges and details as one system.

What’s included in your scope

A replacement is a tear-off to the deck, not a layover. We check every sheet of decking, replace what's soft, run ice-and-water at eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment everywhere else, new flashing at walls and chimneys, ridge vent where the attic needs it, then shingles from a line your HOA allows. Cleanup includes a magnet sweep of the yard and driveway.

Roof repair

Find the source. Fix the detail.

A leak inside doesn’t always start directly above it. We trace the issue and explain the repair before work begins.

A focused repair plan

Most leaks are flashing, pipe boots or a lifted ridge, not the shingles. We find the entry point, fix it, and tell you honestly when a repair is buying time versus solving it.

Storm & hail damage

Storm context ≠ roof damage

Evidence before assumptions.

We inspect the roof after the weather passes and document what we find. A storm footprint alone doesn’t establish damage.

Documentation you can understand

After hail or wind we document before anyone touches the roof: dated, labeled photos of every slope, soft metals, gutters and screens, plus a test-square count if it's hail. That report is what the adjuster needs, and it's yours either way.

Gutters & guards

Give the rain a way out.

We look at how water moves from the roof edge through the gutters and away from your home.

Care for the whole drainage path

Not sure which?

That's what the inspection is for.
