Who we are

This site belongs to Orthos Construction, a roofing contractor serving Gwinnett County and North Atlanta, Georgia. "We" on this page means us.

What the forms collect

The inspection form asks for the property's street address, city and ZIP code, your name and your phone number. It can also take your email, what you'd like us to check on the roof, and anything else you want to tell us. Along with what you type, we record:

• which form and page you sent it from;
• your browser's user-agent string, the line that says which browser and device you use;
• the time it arrived.

We don't keep your IP address. It's stored as a salted hash that can't be turned back into your address without a secret key we hold, and it's used only to stop one connection from flooding the form.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about your roof: scheduling the inspection, sending the photo report and quote, and following up on the job. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their marketing. It passes through the services that run this site and deliver the request to our inbox, and only so they can do that.

Text messages

We only text you if you ask us to. Those texts are about your inspection and your job, nothing else. How many depends on the job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of getting a quote, and we don't share mobile numbers with anyone for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

There are no analytics, ad pixels or tracking cookies on this site yet. If that changes, this page will say so first.

One outside service is involved. When you send a request, an email delivery service carries it to our inbox, so the details you send pass through it on the way. The maps on the site are drawings, not a live map, so nothing is fetched from a map provider.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to serve you, and for jobs we do, as long as we need to keep records of the work and its warranty. If we never end up working together, you can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Deleting your information

To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, reach us through the contact form and say what you'd like. We'll confirm when it's done.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
