A few good questions

Let’s clear things up.

What happens during a free inspection?

We look at the roof covering, flashing, and drainage, then photograph what we find. You get a plain-English explanation and options for what to do next.

Does storm damage mean I need a new roof?

Not always. A lot of storm damage is a repair, like lifted shingles, dented flashing or a bent gutter, and the photos show you which it is.

Can you help me understand the insurance process?

Yes. We document what we find, explain the scope and can meet your adjuster if you'd like, while coverage decisions stay with your insurer.

What affects the price of a replacement?

Mostly the size and pitch of the roof, how many layers come off and how much decking needs replacing. The shingle line you choose and details like flashing and ventilation matter too, and your estimate spells each one out.

Here for the long run.
